1. Villa Barbi Rosso

Enjoy a glass of the Villa Barbi Rosso with a delicious steak or veal, a robust wine sourced from estate vineyards in Italy. 2. Robert Keenan Merlot Napa Valley

A full-bodied wine made from the Merlot grape grown in Napa Valley, California, this Merlot has been aged in 33% new French and American oak barrels for eighteen months. The resulting wine shows intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and cassis. Complex nuances of cocoa and coffee beans emerge as the wine opens up. This is a “big” Merlot that will age for many years to come. Velvet smooth, rich dark colour, and toasty cedar - serve with beef, veal, lamb, bread pudding, and ice cream.

3. Corviano Pinot Grigio

A fruity, honey citrus describes this refreshing Corviano Pinot Grigio wine with aromas of vibrant stone fruit, melon, orange blossom, and mango. A hit of tang that finishes with a smooth freshness and pairs perfectly with pasta, lean fish, cured meat, and appetizers. A perfect bottle to serve before the main meal.

 

4. Whistler Viognier Ice Wine

A pleasant and sweet dessert wine sourced from the Okanagan Valley and made from Viognier grapes harvested at the peak of cold temperatures of -15 °C. The Whistler Viognier Ice wine is rich in tropical fruit perfume and flavours of ripe apricots, guava, pineapple, and notes of Clementine orange zest.
