These Terms of Use (the “Terms“) are a legally binding contract between you and Cork Fine Wines, Liquor & Ale (“Cork,” “we,” “us” or “our“) regarding your use of Cork's website (www.corkfinewines.ca), and other related features or services (collectively, the “Services“). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
Your access to and use of the Services is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Services.
We may from time to time modify these Terms. If they are modified, we will post a copy of the amended Terms of our Services. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Terms as amended, you should not use the Services. You will be deemed to have accepted any amendments to these Terms if you continue to use the Services after any amendments are posted on the Services.
Age:
You must be of legal age in your area or older to use this website and to purchase products. By submitting an order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age or older and you are not purchasing products for anyone who is younger than the minimum legal drinking age. When you or your designated person picks up and/or signs for the products ordered, you will be required to present proof that you are of legal drinking age or older.
Customer Accounts:
You are not required to create an account to make purchases however there are advantages such as storing your information for faster check out.
Cancelling and Editing Orders:
Once an order is purchased and charged online it cannot be cancelled or edited by the customer via the website. Please immediately call us at 403.294.1310 (available Monday - Friday during regular business hours) to cancel or edit an order. A cancellation fee of 5% will be charged to cover credit card fees. The amount will be withheld from the return.
Payment and Returns:
Your credit card will be charged once you place the order. If your order needs to be adjusted, we will contact you by phone or email before making any changes. Depending on some financial institutions, refunds could take up to 10 days to show up on your statement. Cork accepts all major credit cards and debit cards via Shop Pay (see privacy policy for more information).Returns are subject to a 5% charge to cover credit card fees. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products that are being returned.
Product Availability, Information Accuracy and Prices:
Cork makes every effort to have the items displayed on corkfinewines.ca available. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, and occasionally, items may become unavailable without notice. Our customer service representatives will communicate with you and adjustments to your order will be made. Attempts to maintain accurate information, photos and ratings are constantly ongoing.
Photos are for display purposes only and may have an out-of-date vintage, bottle shape or label. Prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars and may change without notice. The Beverage Container Recycling Program was implemented in Alberta in December, 1997. Cork must charge a bottle deposit fee on all recyclable bottles and cans sold through our website.
