Led by our Events Lead Cat Fournier, who has a background in brand marketing and experience with hosting private wine events and wine pop ups across Canada.

It's not secret that at Cork Fine Wine, we love wine and we understand that the joy of wine comes from sharing a bottle that you are excited about! So every week we have two free tastings where we get to show you what we are most excited about. Additionally we have built a community of wine lovers in downtown Calgary, so we started a Monthly Wine Tasting Club to breakdown how to taste wine. These tastings are fun- no stuffy vibes, just great sips. But if you want to let your wine geek out, we are here for it!  All featured wines are 15% off for that day in store as well.

Thirsty Thursday

We pour a fun mix of wines at friendly prices. Our knowledgable team (and sometimes guests who work directly with the wine) will guide you through each glass.

We open $100 worth of wine to celebrate the weekend! This could be one ultra fancy bottle or a couple fancy bottles. We know that buying a pricy bottle can be daunting and we hope by tasting it first it reassures you!

Last Thursday of each month
We demystify tasting wine and give you an opportunity to taste 3-4 bottles of wine blind. You don't need any wine training to attend, just curiosity! We all learn from each other and more importantly we get to taste some great wine!
