Join us for a special lunchtime tasting with Francesca Dal Cero, owner and export director of three family-owned Italian wineries: Dal Cero, Corte Giacobbe, and Montecchiesi. 

This focused mid-week tasting will take us through four wines from two distinct Italian regions. We’ll start in Tuscany with a bright Vermentino-Chardonnay blend before heading north to the Veneto for a beautifully textured Pinot Grigio Ramato. From there, we’ll move into a polished Valpolicella Superiore before returning to Tuscany for Montecchiesi Preziosaterra Sangiovese - a Cork staff favourite.

As we taste, Francesca will share the stories behind the wines, from family traditions and regional identity to the choices made in the vineyard and cellar. This is more than your average lunchtime tasting - it’s a chance to explore the history, legacy, and evolution of one of Italy’s most exciting wine families.
