Free In Store Pick Up 

Please allow 1-4 days for pick up. You will receive an email from us to let you know that your order is ready for pick up. For same day pick up, please call store to confirm 403.294.1310

Local Delivery

Please allow 1-5 days for delivery. Receive free delivery on orders over $150 in Downtown Calgary. Receive free delivery on orders over $300 in Calgary city limits. All other order deliveries in Calgary will be a flat rate of $25. Deliveries may be dropped off by Cork or couriers. For any delivery requests such as specific day or time, please call 403.294.1310 and we will try our best to accommodate. An adult with valid government issued ID must accept the delivery. 

Alberta Wide Delivery

Please allow 4- 10 days for delivery. We use a temperature controlled delivery service. We may however delay your delivery in case of extreme weather or issues with temperature control. An adult with valid government issued ID must accept the delivery. Prices for the courier will be discussed with the customer via email before shipping.  

Breakage, Damage and Loss

Cork takes every reasonable precaution to package your order for safe delivery, and virtually all packages are delivered intact. Shipping is not, however, risk free. Once we have packaged your order in accordance with our normal practices, and have delivered your package to the courier, our liability ends. Note that claims for damaged or broken products must be made within 4 days of delivery. Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis.
