The de Taisne family has been growing grapes Champagne since 1837, but it was not until this vintage that they finally began bottling their own wines in 2014. Working with mostly Pinot Noir and some Chardonnay in organic and biodynamic vineyards. They have been moving towards a more sustainable style of winemaking, make this a great champagne for those seeking low intervention wines.
This bottle captures the perfect 2014 harvest in luminous straw yellow hues, bursting with citrus zest, toasted brioche, and mineral freshness. Aged for 5 years , its vibrant acidity and saline finish promise excellent cellar aging.
