This is Pinot Noir with a little Loire snap - juicy strawberry and crunchy red berries with a touch of honey, cracked pepper and earth underneath. It’s silky, bright and refreshingly light on its feet, with enough savoury character to keep it interesting. Exactly the kind of red that disappears quickly with charcuterie.
