Paladin Pinot Grigio

A polished, generous Pinot Grigio packed with ripe pear, crisp apple and fresh citrus, layered with acacia flowers and a clean mineral edge. There’s plenty of body and texture through the middle, balanced by bright acidity and a dry, refreshing finish. Easy drinking, but with enough substance to handle grilled fish, seafood risotto or roast chicken.
