This cuvée from the Terroir range is made from 100% Chardonnay harvested from a plot named "Champ Persin." This Blanc de Blancs, produced from a single-plot selection, is the product of 20-year-old vines. This champagne is produced without malolactic fermentation to preserve the fruit's freshness and liveliness. Its dosage is 8g/liter.
