Margherita Otto has been producing "old school" Barolo following the "assemblaggio" style of blending single vineyard sangiovese grapes from different sites before fermentation. Leading to a seamless harmony of different terrior characteristics in one bottle.

This 2019 vintage is excellent with grapes from iconic townships of Barolo, Monforte, Serralunga and Castiglione Falletto. In the glass it sings with red cherry, leather, and cedar, layered with wild rose, blood orange, and a whisper of woodland herbs. Silky yet structured, it’s a love letter to traditional Piedmont.
