"The 2018 Brunello di Montalcino is delicate and fine with aromas of wild cherry, liquorice, grilled herb and pressed violet. On the palate, it is more powerful with medium concentration, beautiful freshness and silky tannins. The fine tannins stand out here, as does the low alcohol content. In a vintage that has consistently very high alcohol levels, Le Ragnaie is to be congratulated for maintaining a moderate alcohol content of 13.5 %."
