The Saint Martin is the flagship wine of Domaine Laroche. The grapes are a blend of the Domaine's top vineyards in the area. Lifted aromas of pear and mineral are highlighted by light, nutty and smoky notes. The palate shows great finesse with elegant citrus fruit and refreshing minerality. Ideal with fresh scallops or calamari seared with butter and lemon.
