'Pet Nat' or methode ancestrale is a way of making sparkling wine where the wine finishes fermenting in the bottle leaving bubbles in the bottle. This 'non dosé, non sucré' petillant naturel is as old school as it comes with no added sugar. Made from 100% Mauzac grapes it is bone dry but still fruit forward and refreshing. The palate is driven by notes of apple and honeydew and meadow flowers.
