J&H Selbach Grauburgunder 2022

Grauburgunder is the German name for Pinot Gris. We tried this with the importer last week and it disappeared quickly - it’s all too easy to drink, and you’ll likely find yourself reaching for a second, and even third glass.

This offers subtle floral notes over crisp citrus, underripe peach and a touch of spice, finishing with a clean saline, limestone-driven minerality. Stylish and refreshing - a great match for sushi.
