Elegant Bordeaux-style blend from a meticulously managed estate. This wine combines 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested and carefully vinified with extended maceration. Aged 12 months in one-year-old barrels and six months in vats with regular racking.
Bright in colour with a ripe fruit nose, subtle spice, and mineral notes. The palate reveals soft, integrated tannins and juicy red berry flavours with good body. Polished and well-balanced, it's ready to enjoy now or cellar for over a decade.
