Bardolino is Valpolicella's cousin. They are both located in Veneto and work with the same red grapes. However, the wines from Bardolino tend to be fruitier and fresher that those from Valpolicella. You can expect this blend to have notes of strawberries, cherries and a bit of pepper. We recommend serving this with a slight chill.
