The Favia wines have had a cult following since their inception in 2003. A project run by husband and wife duo viticulturist Annie Favia and winemaker Andy Erikson who have worked at some of the most iconic Californian wine labels like Screaming Eagle, Bond, and Dalle Dalle. Carbone Chardonnay is acclaimed for its balanced acidity and smooth, rich texture. It presents a harmonious blend of flavours, including ripe stone fruits, citrus, and a hint of toasted oak. This Chardonnay exemplifies the careful craftsmanship and distinct terroir, resulting in a wine with both elegance and depth.
