Chateau Ollieux Romanis has a long history of winemaking in Languedoc, France. They have built upon their legacy by creating a collective with other organically farmed vineyards to bring us modern, organically made wines with little to no sulphur.
A blend of Carignan, Mouvedre, Syrah and Grenache come together to make this smooth, spicy red. Fruity notes of blackberries and plum followed by baking spices and mocha. Powerful enough to stand up to hearty stews and rich dishes like short ribs on polenta.
