Champalou Brut is a 100% Chenin Blanc sparkling wine made by the Champalou family in the Vouvray appellation of France's Loire Valley. It uses the Traditional Method (also known as méthode champenoise), which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create its fine bubbles and complex flavours, aged extensively on lees for a refined texture. Known for its elegant balance of minerality, creamy richness, and fresh fruit notes, it is a high-quality, dry alternative to Champagne.
