Chateau Falfas is owned and operated by Veronique Cochran, daughter of biodynamic farming legend François Bouchet. They are one of the best producers in the Cotes-de-Bourg. A great buy if you are looking to branch out of the uber popular Bordeaux AOCs and looking for excellent quality.
Le Chevalier is their top wine. A blend of mostly cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc with a touch of merlot, all sourced from 75 year old vines. Aged in new oak, this usually needs a few years to mature. It is just starting to show itself in early 2026. Buy now and cellar!
