Chateau Falfas is owned and operated by Veronique Cochran, daughter of biodynamic farming legend François Bouchet. This Bordeaux blend is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and some Malbec. It shows a mix of red and black fruit like plums in the glass as well as spice and toasty oak notes.
Chateau Falfas is one of the best producers in the Cotes-de-Bourg. A great buy if you are looking to branch out of the uber popular Bordeaux AOCs and looking for excellent quality.
