Castello di Bolgheri Varvara

A polished, modern Bolgheri red packed with cassis, black cherry and ripe plum, layered with cedar, dried herbs and a touch of graphite. Cabernet gives it structure and freshness, while Merlot rounds out the middle with generous dark fruit and supple tannins. Rich, savoury and beautifully balanced, with plenty of Italian character beneath the polish.
