This signature Champagne from Bruno Paillard is a unique blend of over 30 crus from the finest terroirs in the region. Made from a selection of first-press Pinot Meunier (22%), Chardonnay (33%), and Pinot Noir (45%). It also includes reserve wines from 25 vintages dating back to 1985! The this Champagne is aged for three years on lees and a minimum of six months after disgorgement. Creating a complex bottle, perfect for pairing with food.
On the nose, bright citrus like lime and grapefruit mingle with red fruit notes of redcurrant and raspberry, followed by subtle hints of dried and exotic fruit.
