BILLECART-SALMON BRUT RESERVE

Lovely aromas of raspberries, gingerbread, toast and honey lead into a generous, medium-bodied palate with soft, creamy bubbles and a long, satisfying finish. A blend of 43% Meunier, 29% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir, incorporating over 50% reserve wines from vintages back to 2006, it shows savory orange pith, crushed stones, fresh nectarine, and a hint of jasmine green tea. Elegant, well-rounded, and silky on the mid-palate, this cuvée is delicious now or will continue to shine over the next 6–8 years.
