The Brut reserve is their entry level wine, made with equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A model of harmony, nuance and verve, it is a pure expression of the domaine’s varied terroirs that demonstrates both the Bérêche brother’s great skill and their originality. Notes of fresh green apple, apricot, brazil nuts, dried flowers, ocean spray and pastry dough. 

Excellent for any celebration or for a high-low pairing- think Fried Chicken or smash burgers. Cellar-worthy!
