This 100% Pinot Meunier cuvée blends a 2021 base with 30–40% reserve wines aged 4–5 years and is bottled as Extra Brut (5 g/L). Lively and generous, it shows red fruits, apple, pear, ripe citrus, and subtle floral spice on the nose, followed by a creamy, rounded palate with notes of butter, fine pastry, and candied lemon, finishing long and fresh.
