Rolle is the French name for Vermentino, a classic Italian white grape. Le Paradou is project by esteemed winemakers Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière, who wanted to pay homage to be Paradou "Windmills" that once dotted their birthplace throughout Provence and Southern Rhone.
