"This has stunned us, vintage after vintage, as one of Cork's most interesting and enjoyable white wines under $30. A blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay, finished in stainless steel. The tensioned core of Tangerine, Pomelo, and mineral driven acidity relaxes into a finish that goes on and on. This is a heck of a wine for the price. Crowd friendly and perfect for a dinner party, the layered complexity will keep wine geeks busy and Grigio fans swooning."

Intense straw yellow, with gold highlights. A generous, expressive floral bouquet. On the palate, it exhibits stylish grace and superb balance, concluding with a finish marked by ripe fruit and a tangy vein of minerality.

Ideal with antipasti, lighter meats, fish and shellfish, and vegetarian first courses. Nutty, aged hard cheese would compliment the wine.
