OLIVIER FICHET CHARDONNAY BURGUNDY

Domaine Oliver Fichet was created in 1976 by Francis and Christiane Fichet, who previously sold their grapes to a local wine cooperative. In 1988 their sons Olivier and Pierre-Yves took over management of the estate, expanding their holdings from 11 to 20 hectares of vineyards.

This floral and herbaceous white wine is made from 100% Aligote grapes. The palate has a lovely round texture complimented by zesty acidity and citrus fruit flavours.
