This Pecorino comes from one hectare planted in 2011. The grapes are gentled pressed, fermented in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank and then bottled between Dec and Jan.
This wine is fresh and easy to drink. Straw yellow with green reflections. It displays an intense citrus scent that is found in every sip.
It goes well with raw fish and seafood – sashimi and sushi pairing!
