ELK COVE RIESLING
The Elk Cove Riesling is made from hand-picked fruit from three of their estate vineyards: Elk Cove Estate, Five Mountain and Windhill. They own some of the oldest Riesling vines in Oregon, with their Estate and Windhill vines dating back to 1975. These older vines produce fruit with soulful complexity and depth of place.
Taste Profile: Waves of marmalade, honeysuckle, salted caramel and beeswax on the nose introduce this weighty wine of lemon curd and nectarine. Finishes on a lemon-lime note with an herbal twist of thyme and mint. Crisp, vibrant, dry, a wine-drinker's Riesling.
