BONNY DOON CIGARE BLANC
46% Grenache Blanc; 34% Vermentino; 20% Clairette Blanche. Fresh and fragrant with a delicate floral accent to its aromas of green melons and pears, and a slightly firmer, somewhat livelier, but less juicy wine than its year-younger mate from 2020, it is a cleanly made, medium-bodied, light-on-its-feet wine of limited reach that hints quietly at stoniness while keeping conspicuous ripeness in check, and, if heading in a bit different direction, it, too, hits the mark for fine value
