LA BASTIDE SAINT DOMINIQUE CNDP BLANC
Domaine La Bastide Saint Dominique is in the heart of Provence, in the foothills of Chateauneuf du Pape, buffeted by the gusts of the Mistral and bathed by the bright southern sun. Built around a former 16th century chapel, the estate was created by the Bonnet family.
Pale gold colored wine with silver re ections, brilliant and crystalline. Elegant nose of william pear, apricot and hawthorn, followed by hints of anisseed. A pure aromatic expression, an intense minerality and the presence of a subtle roundness, offers a beautiful harmony which with an airy finish. Long finish.
