The estate's small cuvée comes from a 1.10 hectare plot planted with young thirty-year-old Chardonnay vines. It is located in the continuity of the Clos de Tavannes on clay-limestone soils. Aging takes place in experienced oak demi-muids for 1 year, followed by 6 months in vats.
