We've been all-in on brothers Damien and Romain Bouchard (sons of the legendary Pascal Bouchard!) since they landed in AB three years ago - sadly the rest of the wine world has switched on to them as well! From one of the best Chablis 1er Cru sites - acacia blossom, honey, and butter tones waft over a rich palate of tree fruit, the texture is weighty and energized by the classic minerality of Chablis. Mouth filling and long lasting on the finish.
