Description

The 2006 “7” Cabernet Sauvignon was the first Cabernet produced in our new winery facility on the top of Spring Mountain. The ability to harvest on demand and vinify in small fermenters enabled us to take the wine to the next level. This Cabernet exhibits notes of black cherry and anise, with great complexity and strong mid-palate. The finish shows a balance of spice and firm tannins one would expect from a mountain Cabernet.
