LES INDIGENES 'CHEMIN' CHENIN Blanc

Les Indigenes wines are part of the Artisan Partisan Collective started by Château Ollieux Romanis. All of their wines are made sustainably with organic grapes with little intervention. The result is modern wines that are a testament to the terrior of the Corbieres appellation of the South of France.  

The sun drenched vineyards here produce Chenin Blanc that is full of ripe and dried apricot, yellow apple, lemon and orange blossom notes. The body is round with a mineral finish. 

It punches way about it's weight for price and is an excellent choice for next Thursday night dinner!
