Description

A staff favourite when we want a rich, textural and interesting Bordeaux Blanc. Named "Fine Grained" by the winery (Grains Fin in French), we couldn't agree more!

A wonderful blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Colombard, fermented and aged in oak barriques for six months. The aromas of the wine are fine and subtle, leading into a harmonious blend of lemony citrus, exotic fruits, and white acacia flowers. Elegant oaky notes with subtle spice add depth and complexity, giving way to a long, full palate with a touch of freshness.
